I've said it before, I'll say it again ditch that black rubber handle that came with it, add some class with a hand turned wood handle!
At 5"L it's just a little under 1"OD, fits well in the hand and on the stand.
Great to hold, easy to manipulate for secure solid hold.
Maybe its just me but when I hear screwball I think baseball, had to go with torched Ash resembling a Louisville Slugger to handle a heavy hitter!

My friends and I all have screwball vapes and the rubber handle eventually gets scratchy and gross looking. I ended up buying 3 additional as birthday presents for my friends. A quick note, standard electrical tape is the perfect width to wrap around the top of the handle interface to keep it from jiggling (above the metal part that is press fit, where the coil meets the braided cord). You’ll have to cut off the old wrap, just be careful and only cut away the shrink rubber part of the old handle and the rest is easy to do. A bit expensive but it’s a quality piece and worth it. I wish the finish wasn’t as contrasty (I prefer natural wood stain) but honestly it looks great either way.
Heck yeah appreciate your support and sharing your feelings here am most grateful. Thanks for explaining what you did to make this work for you and for grabbing more for your friends. Hope they work well for you all for a long time to come and if I can ever do anything else for you that you will let me know. Again thanks so much!
Accept no substitute here. This is a beautiful custom handle that will slide right on. Look and feel is great.
Looks great on your rig bro, thank you for the kind words all I was hoping to hear.
As always this is one piece of beautiful work. Fit and feel is perfect. Much better than the supplied handle.
Appreciate it bro, if you are gonna have a heavy hitter it oughta look the part! Am here for you anytime anyhow, thanks for the kind words.
Looks great, really well made and feels good in the hand. So much nicer than the stock handle. Wholeheartedly recommend.
Really happy to hear this, appreciate you sharing here, hope you enjoy it for a long time to come. Am here for you anytime if needed, thanks again.
I've quickly learned anything from Ed is of superior quality and this is no exception. It's a very comfortable handle and I couldn't agree more that the torched ash Louisville Slugger is the beautifully obvious aesthetic for the Screwball. It looks just like a little Slugger holding the heater, and what could be more appropriate for a heavy hitter? In terms of fit, the screwball coil is the same at its connection point as most other common brands. A few have heat shrink wraps but just like Ed's CH handles all you have to do is trim off the heat shrink wrap, the termination point won't be getting bent in the handle, so the wraps serve no purpose at that point anyway.
Bro, you nailed it with this review thank you so much for sharing your feelings and practicle way of using that handle. I am super happy to hear you like the bat look and feel of it, some do some don't appreciate you doing so. Am here for you anytime anyhow I can be, wish you all the best and hope you enjoy that piece for a long time to come.
