You should notice the top of the heater core should be just at the shoulder of the air path. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eFill the empty area with the balls. The number of balls can vary some but should be around 20 plus or minus a few. When filling that area keep in mind it doesn't have to be absolutely full, you don't want that. Fill it just enough so that they are just under the top lip of the air path. This will make it easier to fit and seat the formed screen and ensure it stays put.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen you have done this take the screen and gently work it down into and around the balls. It can be quite finicky to do so, take your time. You can use your thumbs as I have pressing down even more to ensure the balls push against the inner walls and against the screen to hold it snug in place. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen you have done all that above place the tip over the air path a time or two to make sure the screen doesn't come out in the tip. If it does you have too many balls inside the air path. Take a couple or so out, drop the screen back in and try the tip again.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe video is self explanatory pretty much.
